I purchased my first real estate investment at 21. We wrote the contract on a piece of loose leaf with a blue pen at the kitchen table. I had no idea what I was doing that day. Looking back, what I was doing was learning. I have now been in the real estate business for 24 years and have learned a tremendous amount about the industry. More importantly is that through my life experiences I have learned how to understand and treat people. Real estate is really about people.
